Publisher's Note for the 2011 edition:
  • The Family Statute Law Amendment Act, 2009, has changed several sections of the Ontario Family Law Act. At the time of writing, the amendments in respect to the Family Law Act, which have been proclaimed in force, have been incorporated into the text of this volume. Commentary written and cases decided before these amendments were made should be read with caution. Some additional amendments under the Family Statute Law Amendment Act, 2009, regarding the Family Law Act, have not yet been proclaimed.
The legislation is current to Ontario Gazette 143:44 (October 30, 2010).
